Telemarketing Rates

CleaningCoach.com is the “original”, internet based marketing and consulting company exclusive to the janitorial industry. Our services are all industry specific.
We do not serve other types of clients. Our goal is to establish a long-term business relationship with our clients. Integrity within our business is of the utmost priority.
A few basics that separate us from other companies:

  • We do not resell or recycle your appointments to your competitors. 
  • We guarantee our appointments or you don’t pay for them.
  • We set pre-qualified appointments based on your Client Profile.
  • We provide bids for ongoing contracts not one time jobs.
  • All bids are pre-screened for size and frequency.
  • We utilize an “in-house” quality assurance team.
  • Our relationship is strictly confidential. We do not resell or otherwise share your information, nor do we use it for other marketing purposes.
  • Our references are genuine, not fabricated. Their are competitor sites using quotes copied and pasted from our site with the names changed.

Over the last several years many copycat operators and non-janitorial call centers have entered the industry.  CleaningCoach created the standards and continues to lead the industry. If we can't serve you because we already have a client in your area we understand that you may feel compelled to try one of these companies.  If you do, please make sure you get the policies shown above in writing before you send them any money. 

We have several packages available.
The new FIVE appointment block is $429.00. This is designed as an easy, low risk, program for small operators to slowly build their business. You should plan on visiting a new prospect each week. 

The ten appointment block is $759.00. This lowers your per appointment price to $75.90 each. This a more aggressive program for companies eager to build sales that already have their work force in place. You should plan on writing one to two new bids every week.

The twenty appointment block is back and priced at only $1,440.00.  That's only $72 per appointment for a minimum of 2 to 3 bids per week.


We offer Non-Stop packages for clients that purchase blocks of 20 or more per order and typically use them within one month. This is for larger companies that have all the pieces in place. You will need staffing available to do at least three to twenty bids per week depending on your market size, and order size. 
 Pricing on these packages ranges between $68 and $72 per appointment. All Non-Stop clients are automatically added to our prospect driven Internet Marketing Campaigns. These campaigns generate leads to one or more of our websites when companies in your cities are searching the internet for information about local janitorial services. These campaigns supplement the telemarketing services we provide you by offering “warmer” leads.

Telemarketing FAQ
Here are the answers to many frequently asked questions.

Q. Do we do telemarketing for other types of business?
A. No. We only do telemarketing for the cleaning industry. Our telemarketing team is specifically trained for the cleaning industry only.

Q. Do we resell or recycle appointments?
A. No. Unlike many of our competitors, your appointment information is only provided to you. We do not resell it or put it out for bid with your competition.

Q. How do you know what to say about my business?
A. We send you a Client Profile Sheet before starting that you complete and return so we can properly represent you.

Q. What size are most of the accounts you make appointments for?
A. On average, $300 to $450/per month is a typical account.

Q. Do we have a set-up fee?
A. No. Unlike most of our competitors we have no set-up fee.

Q. Why do you use PayPal?
A. Paypal provides a safe neutral party to process payments and document our transaction.

Consulting F.A.Q.
The hourly rate for consulting services is $95.00, with a one hour minimum.

Q. Can I purchase just half an hour?
A. No, we require a one hour minimum purchase. However, you can split the time between two separate sessions.

Q. How do I order consulting services?

are interested in consulting services.

Q. Can you write bids for me?
A. Sure! We have helped hundreds of companies with our consulting services.

If you are still wondering what consulting can do for you, here are a few examples of some projects we worked on recently:
We worked with a medium size company to identify why their profit line had eroded. We established new billing rates, and employee compensation targets that were based on their company structure and desired profit line. We also found some key issues in their labor control that had gone unchecked and identified the fact that their largest account was severely under performing. This profit contribution from this account was critical to their business.

Another recent session involved helping a prospective business owner get their company off the ground in less than 30 days. They had very little capital to work with, but had the time and energy to do some inexpensive, creative marketing. Within just a few weeks they had more business than they could handle themselves.

A gentleman in Canada contacted us to help him diversify the ceiling restoration business that he had started. He's now offering other high profit services that he can use to keep his business busy year round, such as floor maintenance, and pressure washing.
We helped a husband and wife team write a five location bid for a business that they were trying to start.
